All religions try to answer the same question. How does life appear?
We have always been told that life on Earth emerges in Africa millions of years ago. Civilizations that begin with polytheistic theories and beliefs in which the shaman was a point of union between the gods and the tribes. Over the course of history, these civilizations were exported to America.
The mixture of the most primitive viewpoints with new Christian beliefs brought a new religion to life: Voodoo; known for both healing magic and black magic with a doll as key element.
YEAR – 1 is inspired by a new rebirth, at the origin of a new life. A life away from Earth with a futuristic and ecological approach that leaves behind the mistakes made.

«Hágase la Luz» was born as inspired by UFO religions. The entire extraterrestrial world is present throughout the collection, in each of the garments, from its forms, to the use of colors in them, namely black, white, iridescent burgundy, silver and litmus blue, which directly or indirectly evokes it.
The collection highlights the creation of empty spaces in the garments thanks to the “honeycomb” manual technique and volumetric forms, which give rise to unstructured looks that don’t resemble the body’s shape, generating a distortion of reality in the viewer.
